I just want to take a minute to thank Kim and Shane and their Bible Study group for the package.  WE LOVE IT!  It was so funny because Saturday morning, our intercom rang.  Steven said the guy said something about us having a package.  I said, "That's odd, I don't think anyones sent us a package." Jokingly, I said, "Ok, if you don't return in 5 minutes I'm coming to look for you with a knife in hand!"  But, sure enough we had a package!  We were SO surprised! You should have seen our faces when we opened it up and saw boxes of candy... made our day. There were boxes of Raisinets, sour skittles, swedish fish, and Reeses Pieces - YUM! Oh, and a much needed electric pencil sharpener w/ batteries.

Along with all the goodies, were the sweetest cards and notes.  We just sat there reading the notes and staring at the candy thinking about how blessed we are.

So, thank you Kim, Shane, Jaime, Deborah, Nikki, Cindy, Amy, Marla, Allison, Terry, Claudia and anyone I might have left out. Please forgive me if I left someone out.... didn't do it on purpose :-)

We now have a "Why we are here" wall with all the cards to make us smile when we get homesick and/or forget why we're here!
