Do the the fact that it's Fall and I have an undying love for apples, I decided to try and make fried apple rings today. Oh my gosh, why haven't I made this before??? Juicy apples with a thick caramelized sugar sauce ='s amazing.  Seriously, try making it... your tongue will thank you.
